ABOUT ME

Hi there! My name is Pinar Koksal. I was born in 1988 and I live in Ankara. I started photography in 2007 and I still continue with a great passion. As time passes, I started to feel passionate about recording videos alongside with photography. I started producing amateurish videos however, soon, I realized that I really enjoy recording videos.

Even I am not good at cooking, I have a great mom who really enjoys cooking, can cook just anything wonderfully and anyone who tastes whatever she had cooked asks for its recipe. That is why I love eating too much. Actually, everything started when I decided to give a try and record mom while she was preparing dessert. Soon after, I have noticed that I had some decent number of cooking videos and decided to publish them on a blog, putting arts and cooking together.

For me, the most important part of this blog is to describe personalized recipes in a most explanatory and lively way with videos that point tips which you can watch in detail without getting bored. If you like cooking and seek for exact amounts in a recipe, "The Photographer's Guide To The Kitchen" will help you a lot.

In time, this blog, "The Photographer's Guide To The
Kitchen" that I have started with a different concept
than other cooking blogs, will become a place for everyone
to share their own recipes with videos taken by me and
meeting point for all of us. If you have a special recipe that
you want to share with others, you can send it to
me with a brief introduction. I will cook it, record
it and publish in this blog with your name.
